【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60079containsthespecificrequirementsfortheconstruction,testingandmarkingofelectricalapparatus,partsofelectricalapparatusandExcomponentsinthetypeofprotectionpowderfilling"q",intendedforuseinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospheresofgas,vapourandmist.NOTE-Powder-filledelectricalapparatusandExcomponentsmaycontainelectroniccircuits,transformers,protectionfuses,relays,intrinsicallysafeelectricalapparatus,associatedelectricalapparatus,switches,etc.ThisstandardsupplementsIEC60079-0,therequirementsofwhichapplytopowder-filledelectricalapparatus.Thisstandardappliestoelectricalapparatus,partsofelectricalapparatusandExcomponentswith:-aratedcurrentlessthanorequalto16A;-aratedpowerconsumptionlessthanorequalto1000VA,intendedtobeconnectedtoasupplynotexceeding1000V.1.1DVAdditionof1.1DV:TheU.S.versionofIEC60079-5doesnotincluderequirementsforGroupIelectricalapparatus1.2DVAdditionof1.2DV:WherereferencesaremadetootherIEC60079standards,thereferencedrequirementsfoundinthesestandardsshallapplyasmodifiedbyanyapplicableU.S.NationalDifferences.

【摘要】:Thephoto-electricmethodformeasuringthehairinessofyarnsisnotrecommendedforacceptancetestingofcommercialshipmentssinceexperiencehasshownthatresultsobtainedfrommachinesproducedbyonemanufacturercannotusuallybeverifiedbymachinesproducedbyanothermanufacturer.Thisguideisintendedtoincreasetheawarenessoftheusertoavailabletechniquesformeasuringhairiness.Insomecasesthepurchaserandthesuppliermayhavetotestacommercialshipmentofoneormorespecificmaterialsbythebestavailableguidethoughithasnotbeenrecommendedforacceptancetestingofcommercialshipments.5.1.1Iftherearedifferencesofpracticalsignificancebetweenreportedtestresultsfortwolaboratories(ormore),comparativetestsshouldbeperformedtodetermineifthereisastatisticalbiasbetweenthem,usingcompetentstatisticalassistance.Asaminimum,testsamplesthatareashomogenousaspossible,drawnfromthematerialfromwhichthedisparatetestresultswereobtained,andrandomlyassignedinequalnumberstoeachlaboratoryfortesting.Thetestresultsfromthetwolaboratoriesshouldbecomparedusingastatisticaltestforunpaireddata,ataprobabilitylevelchosenpriortothetestingseries.Ifabiasisfound,eitheritscausemustbefoundandcorrectedorfuturetestresultsforthatmaterialmustbeadjustedinconsiderationoftheknownbias.Theremaybeadistinctdifferenceintestingspeedandtensiondevicesofmachinessuppliedbydifferentmanufacturersthatmaygivedifferencesinreportedtestresults.Themeasurementofhairinessisimportanttoyarnproducers.Thisguideisusefulforprocesscontrolandresearchoftheyarnsurfacedesignatanindividualmanufacturingfacility.Hairinessalsoisusedtoprovideyarnprocessingmachinedesign,andindicationsofmalfunctioningprocessequipment,suchasrotors,doffingmechanisms,guides,andtravelers.Itcanbeusedtoidentifysomecausesofbarrenessandshadevariationinfabrics.1.1Thisguidecoversthedeterminationofthehairinessofmostfilamentandspunyarnusingaphoto-electricsensorapparatus.Itisnotintendedforuseonnoveltyyarns.1.2ThisguideshowsthevaluesinSIunits."SIunits"isthetechnicallycorrectnameforasystemofmetricunitsknownastheInternationalSystemofUnits.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
