【摘要】:ThisPartofIEC60317specifiestherequirementsofenamelledroundcopperwindingwiresofclass180withasolecoatingbasedonpolyesterimideresin,whichmaybemodifiedprovideditretainsthechemicalidentityoftheoriginalresinandmeetsallspecifiedwirerequirements.Class180isathermalclassthatrequiresaminimumtemperatureindexof180andaheatshocktemperatureofatleast200°C.ThetemperatureindegreesCelsiuscorrespondingtothetemperatureindexisnotnecessarilythatatwhichitisrecommendedthatthewirebeoperatedandthiswilldependonmanyfactors,includingthetypeofequipmentinvolved.Therangeofnominalconductordiameterscoveredbythisstandardisasfollows:–Grade1:0,018mmuptoandincluding3,150mm;–Grade2:0,020mmuptoandincluding5,000mm;–Grade3:0,250mmuptoandincluding1,600mm.ThenominalconductordiametersarespecifiedinClause4ofIEC60317-0-1.
