【摘要】:Thisdocumentspecifiesconstructional,functional,testingandmarkingrequirements,sizinganddocumentationofnagsafetyshut-offdevicesusedintheoressurereoulatinastationsinaccordancewithEN12186orEN12279:forinletpressuresupto100barandnominaldiametersuptoDN400;foranoperatingtemperaturerangefrom-20℃to+60℃,whichoperatewithfuelgasesofthe1stand2ndfamilyinaccordancewithEN437intransmissionanddistributionnetworksandalsoincommercialandindustrialinstallations."Gassafetyshut-offdevices"willhereafterbecalled"SSDs"exceptintitles.Forstandardsafetyshut-offdeviceswhenusedinpressureregulatingstationscomplyingwithEN12186orEN12279,AnnexZAlistsallapplicableEssentialRequirementsexcepttheexternalcorrosionresistanceincaseofenvironmentalconditionswherecorrosionislikelytooccur.Thisdocumentconsidersthefollowingclasses/typesofSSDs:temperatureclasses:class1:operatingtemperaturerangefrom-10℃to60℃;class2:operatingtemperaturerangefrom-20℃to60℃;functionalclasses:classA:SSDsthatclosewhendamagetothepressuredetectorelementoccurs(applicabletooverpressureSSDsonly)orwhenexternalpowerfailsandwhosere-opening,afteraninterventionforoverpressure,ispossibleonlymanually;--classB:SSDsthatdonotclosewhendamagetothepressuredetectorelementoccursandwhosere-opening,afteraninterventionforoverpressure,ispossibleonlymanually;SSDstypes:typeIS:(integralstrengthtype);--typeDS:(differentialstrengthtype).SSDscomplyingwiththerequirementsofthisdocumentmaybedeclaredas"inconformitywithEN14382"andbearthemark"EN14382".ThematerialandfunctionalrequirementsspecifiedinthisdocumentmaybeappliedtoSSDswhichusethermalenergyortheeffectsofelectricalenergytotriptheoperationoftheclosingmember.FortheseSSDstheoperationalparametersarenotspecifiedinthisdocument.Thisdocumentdoesnotapplyto:SSDsupstreamfrom/on/indomesticgas-consumingapplianceswhichareinstalleddownstreamofdomesticgasmeters;SSDsincorporatedintopressure-regulatingdevicesusedinservicelineswithvolumetricflowrate≤200mS/hatnormalconditionsandinletpressure≤5bar.
