【摘要】:Useofthisguidewillensurethatthepotentialimpactonthesurroundingenvironmentfromplanneddecommissioningactivitieshasbeenproperlyassessed.Useofthisguidewillensurethattheadequacyofenvironmentalsamplinghasbeenassessedforlocation,frequency,analyticaltechniques,andmediatypetomonitortheenvironmentandtodetectsite-relatedreleasesandtheirimpact.1.1Thisguidecoversthedevelopmentorassessmentofenvironmentalmonitoringplansfordecommissioningnuclearfacilities.Thisguideaddresses:(1)developmentofanenvironmentalbaselinepriortocommencementofdecommissioningactivities;(2)determinationofreleasepathsfromsiteactivitiesandtheirassociatedexposurepathwaysintheenvironment;and(3)selectionofappropriatesamplinglocationsandmediatoensurethatallexposurepathwaysintheenvironmentaremonitoredappropriately.Thisguidealsoaddressestheinterfacesbetweentheenvironmentalmonitoringplanandotherplanningdocumentsforsitedecommissioning,suchasradiationprotection,sitecharacterization,andwastemanagementplans,andfederal,state,andlocalenvironmentalprotectionlawsandguidance.ThisguideisapplicableuptothepointofcompletingDDactivitiesandthereuseofthefacilityorareaforotherpurposes.
