【摘要】:1.1Thefollowingrequirementsapplyforthemanufactureofpoweredparachuteaircraft.ThisspecificationincludespilotoperatinghandbookrequirementsforpoweredparachuteaircraftthatweredesignedandmanufacturedinaccordancewithASTMstandards.1.1.1Thisspecificationcoverstheminimumrequirementsforinformationthatshallbeprovidedbythemanufacturerorsellerofnewlightsportaircraft,engines,orpropellersasapartoftheinitialsaleortransfertothefirstenduser.1.1.2Thisspecificationdoesnotapplytothesaleortransferofusedlightsportaircraft,engines,orpropellers.1.2Thisspecificationappliestopoweredparachuteaircraftseekingcivilaviationauthorityapproval,intheformofflightcertificates,flightpermits,orotherlikedocumentation.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatoryrequirementspriortouse.
