【摘要】:Therubberpropertiesthataremeasurablebythesetestmethodsareimportantfortheisolationandabsorptionofshockandvibration.Thesepropertiesmaybeusedforqualitycontrol,developmentandresearch.Measurementsincompressionareinfluencedbyspecimenshape.Thisshapefactormaybedescribedastheratiooftheloadedsurfaceareatotheunloadedsurfacearea.Inapplyingdatafromacompressionspecimen,shapefactormustbeincorporatedintothemathematicaltransferaltotheapplication.1.1ThesetestmethodscovertheuseoftheYerzleymechanicaloscillographformeasuringmechanicalpropertiesofrubbervulcanizatesinthegenerallysmallrangeofdeformationthatcharacterizesmanytechnicalapplications.Thesepropertiesincluderesilience,dynamicmodulus,staticmodulus,kineticenergy,creep,andsetunderagivenforce.Measurementsincompressionandsheararedescribed.,1.2Thetestisapplicableprimarily,butnotexclusively,tomaterialshavingstaticmoduliatthetesttemperaturesuchthatforcesbelow2MPa(280psi)incompressionor1MPa(140psi)inshearwillproduce20%deformation,andhavingresiliencesuchthatatleastthreecompletecyclesareproducedwhenobtainingthedampedoscillatorycurve.Therangemaybeextended,however,byuseofsupplementarymassesandrefinedmethodsofanalysis.Materialsmaybecomparedeitherundercomparablemeanstressormeanstrainconditions.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Foraspecificwarningsee.
