【摘要】:ThisPASspecifiesrequirementsfortheassessmentofthelifecycleGHGemissionsofgoodsandservices(collectivelyreferredtoas“products”)basedonkeylifecycleassessmenttechniquesandprinciples.ThisPASisapplicabletoorganizationsassessingtheGHGemissionsofproductsacrosstheirlifecycle,andtoorganizationsassessingthecradle-to-gateGHGemissionsofproducts.Requirementsarespecifiedforidentifyingthesystemboundary,thesourcesofGHGemissionsassociatedwithproductsthatfallinsidethesystemboundary,thedatarequirementsforcarryingouttheanalysis,andthecalculationoftheresults.ThisPASaddressesthesingleimpactcategoryofglobalwarming,anddoesnotassessotherpotentialsocial,economicandenvironmentalimpactsarisingfromtheprovisionofproducts,suchasnon-greenhousegasemissions,acidification,eutrophication,toxicity,biodiversity,labourstandardsorothersocial,economicandenvironmentalimpactsthatmaybeassociatedwiththelifecycleofproducts.ThelifecycleGHGemissionsofproducts,calculatedusingthisPAS,donotprovideanindicatoroftheoverallenvironmentalimpactoftheseproducts,suchasmayresultfromothertypesoflifecycleassessment.ThisPASdoesnotincludeproductcategory-specificrulesforgoodsandservices;however,itisintendedthatselectedproductcategory-specificrulesforgoodsandservices,developedinaccordancewithBSISO14025,willbeadoptedwhereavailable,asspecifiedinthisPAS.ItisoneoftheintentionsofthisPAStoallowforthecomparisonofGHGemissionsbetweenproducts,andtoenablethecommunicationofthisinformation.However,thisPASdoesnotspecifyrequirementsforcommunication.
