适用范围
本标准规定了电阻器的基本技术要求。包括术语，特性；正常工作条件合安装条件；结构合性能要求；特性合性能的验证；对标志、包装、贮存的要求等。
本标准适用于额定电压交流50HZ，1140V及以下；直流1500V及以下的电阻器。主要包括用于交直流电动机的起动、调速及制动的电阻器；调整电路参数（例如电流）用的电阻器合把电流转变成热能的能耗电阻器等。

【摘要】:Thistestmethodisspecificallydirectedatthespraypaintingofautomobilecarandlightdutytruckbodies.Thegeneralprinciplesareapplicabletothepaintingofotherautomotiveparts.Thistestmethodmayalsobeusedtomeasuretransferefficiencyinfull-sizedpaintingfacilitiessimulatingproductionconditionsandoperations.1.1Thistestmethodcoversproceduresfordeterminationofthetransferefficiency(usingaweightmethod)underproductionconditionsforin-plantsprayapplicationofautomotivepaintsasoutlinedinSection18ofEPA450/3-88-018.1.2Thetransferefficiencyiscalculatedfromtheweightofthepaintsolidssprayedandthatdepositedonthepaintedpart.Therecommendedapproachinvolvespaintingthepartdirectly.Alsodescribedisanalternativeapproachforpaintingpartscoveredwithaluminumfoil.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Specifichazardstatementsaregivenin10.1.8.1.
