【摘要】:1.1GeneralThefieldbusApplicationLayer(FAL)providesuserprogramswithameanstoaccessthefieldbuscommunicationenvironment.Inthisrespect,theFALcanbeviewedasa“windowbetweencorrespondingapplicationprograms.”Thisstandardprovidescommonelementsforbasictime-criticalandnon-time-criticalmessagingcommunicationsbetweenapplicationprogramsinanautomationenvironmentandmaterialspecifictoType3fieldbus.Theterm“time-critical”isusedtorepresentthepresenceofatime-window,withinwhichoneormorespecifiedactionsarerequiredtobecompletedwithsomedefinedlevelofcertainty.Failuretocompletespecifiedactionswithinthetimewindowrisksfailureoftheapplicationsrequestingtheactions,withattendantrisktoequipment,plantandpossiblyhumanlife.1.2SpecificationsTheprincipalobjectiveofthisstandardistospecifythesyntaxandbehavioroftheapplicationlayerprotocolthatconveystheapplicationlayerservicesdefinedinIEC61158-5-3.Asecondaryobjectiveistoprovidemigrationpathsfrompreviously-existingindustrialcommunicationsprotocols.ItisthislatterobjectivewhichgivesrisetothediversityofprotocolsstandardizedinpartsoftheIEC61158-6series.1.3ConformanceThisstandarddoesnotspecifyindividualimplementationsorproducts,nordoesitconstraintheimplementationsofapplicationlayerentitieswithinindustrialautomationsystems.Thereisnoconformanceofequipmenttotheapplicationlayerservicedefinitionstandard.Instead,conformanceisachievedthroughimplementationofthisapplicationlayerprotocolspecification.

【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiessafetyrequirementsforthedesignandconstructionofunloadersmountedinstationaryroundsilosfortheremovalofthesilageandsimilarmaterials.Itappliestoelectricallypowered,slowlyrotatingunloaderswhichoperateontopsurfaceofthestoredsilagesurface.Itdescribesmethodsfortheeliminationorreductionofhazardsforwhichspecificrequirementsonunloaders,asdefinedin3andshowninannexB,arenecessary.Inaddition,itspecifiesthetypeofinformationtobeprovidedbythemanufactureronsafeworkingpractices.Thestandardonlydealswiththehazardsgeneratedbythesilounloaderandnotwiththoseofthesilosystemitself(e.g.hazardsarisingfromgeneratedgases).Thestandarddoesnotdealwithtechnicalrequirementsforinstallationorremovaloftheunloaderfromonesilotoanother.ThelistofsignificanthazardsdealtwithinthisstandardisgiveninannexA.AnnexAalsoindicatesthehazardswhichhavenotbeendealtwith.Theenvironmentalaspectshavenotbeenconsideredinthisstandard.Thisstandardappliesprimarilytomachineswhicharemanufacturedafterthedateofissueofthisstandard.NOTEDirective94/9/ECconcerningequipmentandprotectivesystemsintendedforuseinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospherescanbeapplicabletothetypeofmachineorequipmentcoveredbythisEuropeanStandard.ThepresentstandardisnotintendedtoprovidemeansofcomplyingwiththeessentialhealthandsafetyrequirementsofDirective94/9/EC.
